Why I teach
I teach because I've seen how much we all carry, and how healing it can be to lay some of it down.
I don't teach to fix anybody -- I teach tools for you to be aware of how to self heal

Trained in California under the guidance of Linda McGrath, Lisa began teaching before her training was even complete -- called to share what she loves.
Since 2008, her offerings have woven movement, stillness, and meditation into a sanctuary for healing and self-discovery.
She believes we carry the medicine we need inside us -- and that each breath is a beginning.
